The Vietpearl Group Joint Stock Company was initially established on July 27, 2007, as Vietpearl Land Company. In 2016, Vietpearl Land transitioned to a group model and officially changed its name to Vietpearl Group Joint Stock Company. As a conglomerate, Vietpearl Group focuses on the following key areas:
